Dinmukhamed Absattarov is appointed the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC “QazExpoCongress”.
D. Absattarov was born in 1978 in Kyzylorda region. In 2001, he graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M.Tynyshpayev.
In 2005, he was awarded a degree in Petroleum engineering from Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University.
He started his career in 2000 in Aktyubinsk Chrome Compound Plant JSC as an economist of the Economic Planning Department.
In 2002-2006, he worked as an adviser to the akim of the Zhalagash district of Kyzylorda region, Head of the Department of Agriculture of Kyzylorda region, inspector of the akim’s office, assistant to the akim of Kyzylorda region.
2006-2010-Deputy Director of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry, Head of the Department of Industry and Entrepreneurship of Kyzylorda region.
2010-2011-Deputy Director of the Department of the Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Kyzylorda region.
2011-2012-Head of the Regional Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry of the South Kazakhstan region.
2012-2013-Member of the Board of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken”.
2013-2014-Director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kyzylorda region.
In 2014-2019, he held various positions in the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic Kazakhstan “Atameken”.
From February 2020 through April 2021- Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Management Company of the Special Economic Zone “International Center for Cross-Border Cooperation” Khorgos”.
