“On the competitive selection for the election of members of the Public Council of JSC National Company QazExpoCongress.

In accordance with paragraph 6, Art. 9 The procedure for the formation of public councils of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 2015 No. 383-V ЗРК “On Public Councils”, JSC “NC” QazExpoCongress “announces a competitive selection for the election of members of the Public Council.

Deadline for accepting documents: From among representatives of non-profit organizations and citizens, proposals for candidates for the competition are accepted by the Public Council in writing from the date of publication of this announcement within 10 days.

Tender term: within ten working days after the date of completion of the acceptance of documents

The quantitative composition of the Public Council of the Society will be 10 people, of which 3 from the Society and 7 from representatives of non-profit organizations and citizens.

1. . Requirements for candidates for members of the Public Council:A candidate for membership in the Public Council may be a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who has reached the age of eighteen.A candidate member of the Public Council must not:- have a criminal record;- be, in accordance with the procedure established by law, recognized by the court as guilty of committing a corruption offense and (or) corruption offense;

   – be registered with health care organizations for mental illness, alcoholism, drug addiction or substance abuse.

   From one legal entity that is a non-profit organization, only one representative can be elected to the Public Council, and the same person can be elected as a member of only one Public Council.

   Candidates who do not meet the above requirements for the competition are not allowed.

   2. To participate in the competition by non-profit organizations and citizens:

   1) a written proposal of a non-profit organization and (or) an application of a citizen to nominate a candidate for membership in the Public Council (Appendix 1);

   2) information about the professional and (or) social activities of the candidate with the indication of autobiographical data (Appendix 2).

   3) a certificate of the presence or absence of a criminal record;

   4) a copy of the identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a copy of the constituent documents of the non-profit organization, identity card, decision / protocol of the participants of the non-profit organization to confirm the position of the representative.

    

   Duration of the competition: until June 10, 2021 (the last day for accepting documents – June 10, 2021)
