Traditionally, the result of participation in EXPO world exhibitions is the expansion of international, economic, political, cultural and scientific ties between participating countries. Kazakhstan’s participation in the EXPO 2020 Dubai World Exhibition contributes to attracting investments and developing international trade and economic relations of our country. A rich business program has been worked out at the site of the National Pavilion; more than 30 business events are planned for the entire period of EXPO 2020 Dubai. Thus, on December 1, as part of the celebration of the National Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kazakhstan Trade and Investment Forum was held at the exhibition resulted in the signing of a number of important strategic documents between Kazakhstan and the UAE.
Today, in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a number of solemn events were held at the National Pavilion.
The main event of this day was a festive concert at the Dubai Millenium Amphitheater. People’s Artist of Kazakhstan – Aiman Musakhodzhayeva and the Orchestra of Kazakh Folk Instruments of the Kazakh National University of Arts, soloist of the Abay State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater – Zarina Altynbayeva, vocal quartet IL CANTO took part in the concert.
A show of the children’s Eurasian Kids Fashion Week 2021 which included 11 collections of designers from Kazakhstan were also presented as a part of the festive events for the children’s audience.
Moreover, from 17 to 19 December, the pavilion will host the celebration of the “Days of Almaty” timed to coincide with the Independence anniversary celebration. There will be presented a few Modern art projects of the southern capital.
