Education
Graduate of the Kazakh state Academy of management with a degree in international Economics. He received a master's degree in international law and Economics from the world trade Institute of the University of Bern. Fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English languages.
He holds a Master's degree in International Law and Economics from the World Trade Institute, University of Bern.
Career
1997-2001
He started his career in 1997 and worked in private structures until 2001.
2001
He started public service in July 2001 as a leading specialist in the planning Department of the Monetary and financial Department of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2001-2009
From July 2001 to October 2009, he held various positions in the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of India.
2011
In 2011, he worked as a coordinator of the Central Asian regional cooperation program of the Asian Development Bank.
2012
In November 2012, he returned to public service as the first Secretary of the Department of foreign Economic policy of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2012-2013
In December 2012, he was appointed adviser to the Secretariat of the Minister of economic development and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since March 2013 he held the position of Deputy Director of international cooperation Department of the Ministry of economy and budget planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan, then from April 2013 was appointed Director of international cooperation Department of the Ministry of economy and budget planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2014-2019
From October 2014 to June 2019, he worked as the Director Of the Department of international cooperation of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2019
Since June 2019, he has worked as the Director of the international cooperation Department of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2019
Since July 2019 – Vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2020
On March 3, 2020, by Order of the Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 40-OD B. Sultanov "On certain issues of the National Company QazExpoCongress JSC, he was elected as a member to the Board of Directors of NC QazExpoCongress JSC.
