Next to the Museum of Future Energy, you’ll find a spacious ice-skating rink spanning 1,300 square meters. The location hosts a roller-skating rink during the summer, ensuring year-round active recreation opportunities.
Skate rental for an hour is priced at 1000 tenge, while those with their own skates can enjoy the rink for free.
Operating hours for the ice-skating rink:
Mon-Fri: 2:00 pm to 9:45 pm
Sat-Sun: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
Breaks: 4:15 to 4:45 pm and 7:00 to 7:30 pm.
Additionally, the EXPO territory offers an ice slide, standing at 5 meters in height and spanning over 14 meters in length. Tube rentals are available at a cost of 1000 tenge for a two-hour session. The slide operates daily from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, without any breaks or days off.
Enhancing the festive ambiance, New Year’s installations and light garlands adorn the EXPO business center. Visitors can also use warming huts, 24-hour underground parking, and cafes.
