On February 18, the Congress Center will host the Grand Finale of TARTYL FEST – the national pull-up tournament.
The tournament was initiated by DARA Talent Support Fund under the President of Kazakhstan.
This is the first project organized by DARA Fund, which has become a truly popular and successful example of the implementation of tasks set by the Head of State in the area of mass sports development.
There will be 170 athletes who achieved the best results in the regional qualifying competitions in the Grand Finale. The age of the participants ranges from 14 to 51.
In 2022, pull-up competitions were held in 20 cities in Kazakhstan, where participants competed in nine weight categories. The record for most pull-ups belongs to 33-year-old Yevgeny Nam from Taraz.
The Grand Finale will begin on February 18 at the Congress Center (on the territory of the EXPO Business Center, 44 Sauran Street) at 12:00 pm. The competition will be broadcast live on JIBEK JOLY TV channel.
The total prize fund of the Grand Finale is 54 million tenge. The first place – 3 million tenge, the second place – 2 million tenge, the third – 1 million tenge.
In addition, the champions of the Grand Finale will have the opportunity to represent Kazakhstan at the World Street Workout Championship.
