On Monday, September 7, one of the most popular attractions of the capital, NUR ALEM, reopens its doors to visitors. The museum will be open on weekdays without a break from 10.00 to 20.00 hours.
Residents and guests of the capital will be able to visit NUR ALEM in accordance with sanitary requirements in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, with the observance of a mask mandate and a social distance of at least two meters between visitors. In addition, at the entrance to the Museum, the body temperature of visitors will be measured using a non-contact thermal imager, and antiseptics and sanitizers are also installed in the facility.
Visitors to the Museum will enjoy fascinating tours of the eight floors of the unique spherical structure. On the first level, there is the “National Pavilion”, which presents the diverse and extensive landscapes, culture, history, present and future of Kazakhstan. From the 2nd to the 7th floors, visitors can get acquainted with the expositions dedicated to the energy of space, sun, wind, water, biomass and kinetic energy. There are art installations of the dam, historical artifacts related to kinetic energy. On the wind alley, visitors will be able to feel different wind speeds. On the upper level, tourists will see the exposition of the future capital of Kazakhstan. The sculptural model of the city describes the ambitions of the city, taking into account sustainable development and environmental efficiency. There are also robot guides on all floors.
We remind you that the price for a one-time visit to the Museum is 1500 tenge. For certain categories of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, preferential tickets are provided: for schoolchildren and pensioners, it costs 500 tenge, for students-800 tenge. Participants of the Great Patriotic War, disabled people of all groups, orphans, mothers with many children and children up to 6 years old can visit NUR ALEM absolutely free of charge. You must have an ID card and a document confirming the benefit.
